Josh is an accomplished and widely respected piano teacher recognized for his warm, personal and innovative teaching style. He's also an avid composer of original music, embracing a diverse range of styles including orchestral, progressive rock and experimental soundtracks.
Josh regularly participates in a variety of musical projects and has released several solo albums. Josh is passionate about art, philosophy and healthy living.
Sara is a classical pianist, soprano opera singer, saxophonist and hobby film composer. Growing up she made performance debuts at the Festival Theatre, performed with James Morrison and with a number of Australian Choirs. She is an experienced piano teacher, and also spent some time studying singing under tutors at the Conservatorium of Music. In her spare time she can be found out on the greens hitting a round of golf and showing the boys how it’s done, hiding all chewable items from her cheeky cocker spaniel Romeo, and enjoying Sydney’s local hotspots.
Conservatory of Music, Ancona
Paolo is an Italian-born artist and musician, who studied piano and accordion at the Conservatory of Music in Ancona and was head of the music program at the Italian Bilingual School in Meadowbank. As a solo musician, he has performed various styles of music: classical, pop, folk, Balkan, klezmer, jazz, soul and funk. Paolo's passion for acting and singing has seen him perform in plays, musicals and comedies, as well as voice overs. Paolo likes to imitate sounds and noises, and make jokes to his friends!
Nicole holds her Grade 8 piano certificate, and although classically trained, has also explored and studied other genres including tango, flamenco, contemporary and musical theatre. Alongside her piano and singing training, Nicole is a flamenco dancer and has performed in various shows and venues. She encourages creativity and expression in all her students so that they not only learn how to play the piano or sing a song, but also learn how to express themselves as musicians and performers.
Natasha trained in piano from a young age, and it was not long after she learnt her very first piece that she discovered her strong passion for music. She graduated from high school at the top of her music cohort and was the recipient for the Cedric Ashton Award for Music Excellence, deciding to further pursue her music studies at UNSW. When Natasha is not jamming on the piano, she is usually travelling around Sydney to try unique and scrumptious food.
Originally a Blue Mountains gal, Heidi is a well-seasoned performing artist in Australian band Cloud Control where she sings, plays keyboard and tambourine — mostly all at once. Heidi cut her teeth on classical piano and has an enduring love for Debussy and Rachmaninov conciertos, which she believes are best enjoyed when its raining. She has been writing songs and lyrics with the band for 11 years and loves to help people find the stories they want to tell through music.
Mina has played since the age of 3, and began teaching when she was 16 after her own piano teacher offered her a job. In 2001 she played in the AMEB Piano Competition and was awarded 3rd place - an unforgettable experience. Mina often records herself playing ukelele & piano and boasts a YouTube channel full of music, especially songs from her mother country, Thailand. She also loves doing dance classes and has a pet rabbit named “Noi-Nha” (“Custard-Apple" in Thai).
Kezia is a Sydney-based composer, pianist and producer studying Composition at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She is passionate about supporting young and emerging artists and is involved in producing collaborative events and projects as part of a collective. She is currently a composer in residence with Ensemble Offspring and produces a weekly show on FBi Radio. In her spare time, Kezia enjoys googling baby animals with hats.

Anna enjoys getting to know people and the uniqueness of their character. She has been teaching since she was a teenager, and through her studies has become passionate about body awareness as a tool to get the most beautiful sound out of the piano. In 2011, her compositions were selected for presentation in Encore. In her free time, she likes to explore Sydney, watch TED talks, have conversations concerning life and ideas, and share a big belly–laugh with her loved ones.
Simon is classically trained and has been teaching since he was 17. After finishing his studies in piano and musicology in Paris, he came to Australia to explore the country, learn English and share his passion for music. Four years later he is still here, living in Australia permanently. He dedicates most of his free time to composing and exploring worlds that only music can allow you to!
Christian is an energetic and engaging teacher who can sing, play piano and saxophone. He is passionate about helping students to discover their own musical identity, in whatever style makes them tick. Christian is currently performing professionally with a variety of groups as well as his own “Piano Punk” solo show. When he’s not playing or writing music, Christian is likely playing video games or skateboarding.
Christina hails from Melbourne, bringing her flair for teaching and many years of experience with her. She thinks teaching is the best job in the world, and loves laughing and having fun with her students. She's interested in everything creative - music festivals, jamming with friends, sketching, reading and writing. She studied both music and creative writing at university and hopes one day to write a novel in the style of Marquez. Give the girl a dance floor and she'll be the first one on it and the last one to leave!
Adeline began piano at age 6 and started teaching at 15. Growing up in a family of classically trained musicians, her fondest memories were of her father singing excerpts from Puccini’s operas and attending concerts conducted by her uncle. Today, she hopes to transmit those same feelings of joy and elation to her students, creating a platform for them to freely express who they are as individuals. In her spare time, you can probably find her being bitten by mosquitoes whilst stargazing.
Born and raised in the streets of Sydney, Keith has been learning classical piano from the very day he could coordinate his fingers. Despite pursuing an animal-related degree (Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience), he was in too deep to let go of music and still plays every day. When not on the piano, Keith is driving around discovering new chill spots to the tune of David Bowie and Mick Jagger's 'Dancing In The Street', or working on farms all over the place, wrestling sheep and keeping cattle in line.
Jason was born to a professional violinist and a saxophone player, and has music in his life ever since. After completing his AMEB Associate at Sydney Grammar, he continued to study jazz with the head of Conservatorium of Music in Sydney. He has toured as a session player for Sony Music and produced music for New York Fashion Week and the Sydney Olympics amongst others. He is passionate about imparting his years of experience in sincere and effective ways for musicians of the new generation.
Cheryl started piano at the age of five, which she believes provides a working space for infinite creation, adding her own unique touches to any song she comes across. Her hobbies include watching and reading about psychological experiments, learning new languages, hanging out with friends and exploring different places. Ben is an energetic teacher who plays piano, trumpet and guitar. He is aspiring to be like his songwriting heroes as he creates ambitious recordings and live performances. He has recently completed a Bachelor of Music (Contemporary) at the Australian Institute of Music. He is passionate about unleashing his students’ interests in music and letting that fuel their creative ambitions. Ben loves sport and history, collects more CD’s than anyone else and enjoys finding vintage instruments.
Victoria is a bright and caring teacher who has been playing since the age of 5. Her passion for piano encompasses classical, jazz, music theory and composition. Her original work has been featured in advertisements internationally. Victoria has also studied and taught flute, ukulele, voice and percussion and has her 3rd Dan black belt in karate! Being a child of the world, she has found her home in all things music and loves nothing more than sharing this gift with others.
