Winnie is a Taiwanese pianist who is currently studying her Masters degree at the Melbourne Conservatorium, under the tutelage Dr. Jerry Wong. An experienced piano teacher, she believes that music can bring great joy and would love to see more people enjoy music in their lives. Winnie believes the most important part of music lessons is to enjoy yourself and build confidence in your natural ability.
Jess was born in Melbourne. He is a lover of all music, but has a soft spot for jazz, improvisation, pop and musical theatre. He studied composition at the Victorian College of the Arts and in New York at NYU. He writes for musical theatre, and his shows and songs have been performed everywhere from St Kilda to Radio
City Music Hall. You can find him playing at Murmur Piano Bar on Friday nights. You can also usually find him with a bagel in hand.
Dominic is a pianist, teacher and music lover who has been playing piano from the age of 5 in classical, jazz and contemporary styles. He enjoys cretaing interesting jazz arrangements of classical pieces and generally exploring the boundaries of music. On weekends, he can usually be found listening to an eclectic mix of genres and enjoying Melbourne’s live music scene. He also has a degree in astrophysics and will provide you with interesting space facts on request!
Nick is a classically trained pianist and composer, who started learning trumpet at the age of 7 before moving to piano at 14. He applied himself to his studies and graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a BMus in Composition. In his spare time, Nick likes to unwind with a book, some video games, or sampling Melbourne’s finest food.
